So when I saw the opportunity to review the Instant Pot Ip-Du060 pressure cooker, I was so glad to be blessed with the opportunity to review such a great product. The Instant Pot "brought" itself up to the right pressure. That being said, that would be my only criticism is storing it between uses. While the beans were pressure cooking, I made my cornbread and when my cornbread was finished baking, the beans were done too! It’s a rather large and weighty appliance, but attractive enough to sit out on the counter. I put it in the Instant Pot with a packet of onion soup and in an hour it went from a frozen block of chicken thighs to fully cooked.
